Cancellation Policy

Eyelash Extension Training Policy Thank you for choosing to train with Lashes By Christina. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please carefully review the following training policy before booking your session: Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the training, prior to the session starting. Payment methods accepted will be confirmed upon booking. Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled training session, you may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the training session will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Cancellations & No Shows Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show. No-shows or late arrivals that prevent the training from being completed will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Agreement By booking a training session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
